“Section 10-1-28 Parking Limitations:

(b) Winter Parking.

No person shall park any vehicle, trailer or other mobile device, on the streets of the Village from November 1st to April 1st between the time periods of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

(1) The police department has the authority to invoke no parking on Village streets outside of 2:00am-6:00am, when a weather emergency exists, to assist Public Works in allowing streets to be safe for travel.”

**The Department of Public Works may request temporary, No Parking by Police Orders signs, for snow removal purposes.**
